Learning technology continues to improve along with the times. The role of currently has very rapid development in various fields. Many media can help quality and quantity learning, one which is application website-based learning. This study aims develop web-based learning on reading arithmetic content for third-grade elementary school students test feasibility these media. used R&D (Research Development) method Luther Sutopo version MDLC model. collect data suryev. instrument a questionnaire. research subjects were two experts material experts. analysis technique quantitative. results, namely assessment given by experts, have an average value coefficient V 0.87, declared valid. expert validator efficiency 0.81, result user questionnaire, grade III students, 83.12 excellent category. Based results tests, Web-based feasible.
